Production Line
Casting: Own casting workshop, strictly control the quality of aluminum rod.
Extrusion: We can provide high quality aluminum extrusion proflies which can be used in almost industy line.
Anodized: The surface can hardly be scratched with an anodizing thickness between 10 and 13 um. Small scratch marks can be easily removed.
Wood Grain: Lower price with excellent quality, waterproof, moisture-proof, wind-resistant and sun-resistant, warranty for 15 years.
Powder Coating: No particles can stay in the air during the processing, which would allow our profile surface color to be smooth enough and without any particles on the surface.
Sand Blasted: Fine sand, smooth surface without any burr.
Polishing: Shining anodized polished profiles level 3 can fulfill extremely high quality requirements, no mechanical line on the surface while the brightness shall reach around 500 mesh.
Brushed: High quality, one is also responsible for problems.
Electrophoresis: Surface is more shining and looks more smoothly than anodizing surface.
