We provides a variety of surface treatments for aluminum profiles, including anodizing, powder coating, and wood grain finish. These treatments not only enhance the appearance of the profiles but also provide protection against corrosion and wear, ensuring long-lasting quality. Anodized: The surface can hardly be scratched with an anodizing thickness between 10 and 13 um. Small scratch marks can be easily removed.
Wood Grain: Lower price with excellent quality, waterproof, moisture-proof, wind-resistant and sun-resistant, warranty for 15 years.
Powder Coating: No particles can stay in the air during the processing, which would allow our profile surface color to be smooth enough and without any particles on the surface.
Sand Blasted: Fine sand, smooth surface without any burr.
Polishing: Shining anodized polished profiles level 3 can fulfill extremely high quality requirements, no mechanical line on the surface while the brightness shall reach around 500 mesh.

packing reference
For different aluminum profiles, we have different packing method. Normally, our packing ways are as below:
Inner Packing: protective film on surface without logo for each piece.
Outside Packing: waterproof craft paper,taking up about 3%-5% of the gross weight.
Inner Packing: protective polybag for each piece.
Outer Packing: wooden pallets + iron trolley.
If you have any idea on the packing of your own products, please feel free to tell us, we can customized the packing according to your requirements.
quality control
We have a strict QC system to guarantee all our aluminum proiles are in good quality. The products shall have no scratches, deformation, or no bruises on the surface within one meter. An evenly coloring surface treatment was subjected to the sample.
There are 5 steps to control quality:
A, After order confirmed, we have a meeting with the main peoples who work for workshop before production,investigate all the workmanship and some technical problems, ensure all of them have related ways to settle and control.
B, Inspect all the materials when arrived, ensure they will be catched up customers's requirements.
C, Inspect the semi-finished goods.
D, Inspect the finished products.
E, Final inspection when pack up all the goods. If there is not any problems for this step,our QC will issue the inspection report and release this products.
Of course, it is acceptable to send representative or ask a third party to inspect the goods before delivery.
