1. Oval Aluminum Tube in stock are all mill finish. If you need to do surface treatment after you purchase them back, we recommend do powder coating or wood grain. If your product needs to do anodized, we recommend that you wait a few days and we will re-produce new products for you.

2. The standard length of the aluminum tube in stock is 6 meters. If you need to cut the product to a customized length, please notify in advance before delivery. Different lengths have different cutting prices.

3. The stock quantity will change at any time, please contact the sales staff to verify the quantity before purchasing, the MOQ is 300 KGS.

4. The delivery time of aluminum tubes in stock is 2-3 days, if powder coating is required, the time is 2 weeks.

C, Inspect the semi-finished goods.
D, Inspect the finished products.

E, Final inspection when pack up all the goods. If there is not any problems for this step,our QC will issue the inspection report and release this products.

● After confirming the mold drawing, both parties can directly order the production if they have conventional molds. 

● If you need to open the mold to confirm the mold drawing and receive the full mold cost of your company, we will arrange the mold opening. The mold opening time is 10-12 working days, and the mold is completed. 

● The billet head within 1 meter is provided free of charge to your company to confirm that it is sold at a normal unit price if it exceeds one meter.

● Our regular length is 3-6 meters. 5.8m is a regular length for container loading. The length can be customized according to specific needs.
