2) Q: The solar panel is exposed under sunshine and rain. It'll get corroded easily. How can you guarantee as long as 20 years? |

A: Our solar frame is processed with grit blasting firstly, the oxidizing material on its surface has been removed, and the metal surface become more solid and strong. In addition, anodization processing will produce a metal oxide film to protect the frame from corrosion. |

3) Q: If we need other surface processing like PVDF coating, can you make it or not? |
|
A: We have two powder coating lines, one PVDF coating line, three anodization lines and one wooden coating line. |

4) Q: Some customers complain that the cutting edge is not nice, and drilling holes is not in right position, how can you overcome these problems in your factories? |

A: We have two automatic solar frame production machines, all the cutting and drilling works are made by computer. |
