Aluminum profile production process
We know that alloy construction aluminum profiles are divided into base materials, anodized aluminum profiles, powder coated aluminum profiles, fluorocarbon paint spray aluminum profiles, wear-insulated profiles, glue-insulated profiles and so on. How about the aluminum profiles are produced? What is the relationship between various aluminum profiles? Now I will use a picture to illustrate the production process of the aluminum profile and the relationship between the profiles.

1. The premise of the production of aluminum profiles is the extrusion material, which is changed by extrusion to the shape of the profile. For the manufacturer, if the extruded aluminum is produced, it means that the product has been completed more than half, the subsequent process is easy, and the specific delivery time can be told to the customer.
2. Oxidized aluminum profiles and electrophoresis aluminum profiles are produced in a workshop. The oxidized aluminium profile is a substrate subjected to sealing treatment after oxidation; and the electrophoretic aluminium profile is subjected to electrophoresis after the substrate is oxidized, and then cured. The inner surface of the electrophoretic profile is an oxide film and the outer layer is an electrophoretic paint film.
3, oxidized aluminum profiles, electrophoresis aluminum profiles can be done with or without coloring.
4. Our company's powder coating and passivation film of fluorocarbon profiles are all completed by chrome-free passivation process, without heavy metal chromium.
5, electrophoresis, powder coating, fluorocarbon paint spraying, three-dimensional wood grain spraying products are all cured.
6, wood grain transfer can be carried out on the surface of electrophoresis, powder coating, fluorocarbon profiles. More common is the wood grain transfer of powder coating, and I have not seen the sample of fluorocarbon wood grain transfer.
7. The single profile of the insulation profile can be treated by oxidation, electrophoresis, spraying, fluorocarbon, wood grain, etc. The strip-type heat-insulating profile has no requirements for surface treatment, and the production process is the same; the glue-injected heat-insulating profile can increase the tooth-cutting process, and the teething is mainly for electrophoresis and fluorocarbon profiles.
