Practice has proved that the surface quality of products after oxidation and coloring depends on the oxidation process itself on the one hand, and is more mainly determined by the surface condition of the product during extrusion, especially in the absence of polishing treatment.
A smooth and bright product surface is easy to obtain a satisfactory oxide film, with uniform film thickness, good continuity, uniform film pore distribution, and regular hole pattern. Such an oxide film not only has good physical properties, but also has high chemical activity. It laid a good foundation for the smooth and reliable completion of sealing.
Poor product surface not only affects the appearance, but often makes the oxide film defective, uneven coloring, poor sealing, etc., and even an absolute waste that cannot be reworked. L (l) The surface quality of the extruded product is the basis for the production of high-quality oxide films. Oxidation feeders should carefully check the surface of the materials to be oxidized. If there are any problems, they should be selected in time.
(2) Temperature and current must be controlled during oxidation production, especially the temperature must not be higher than 24 ℃. Wash well to prevent impurities from being brought into the sealing hole.
(3) There should be a special person to manage the sealing tank, control the concentration of nickel ion, fluoride ion, state value, and temperature of the tank fluid within the specified range, and supervise the preparation and adjustment of the tank fluid.
(4) The sealing degree should be tested after the product is left for 12 hours, so that the data is accurate.
