And naturally formed oxidation film is very thin, easy to scratch, corrosion resistance is weak. As a result, it is necessary to do oxidation treatment on aluminum profiles.
1. Improving corrosion resistance
The artificial oxidation film produced by anodic oxidation is uniform, dense and corrosion-resistant.
2. Improving wear resistance
Aluminum profile substrate is particularly easy to scratch and wear, but the surface of aluminum profiles after anodizing is hard, which hardness of oxidation film can reach 300 HV. Therefore, it is very wear-resistant and not easy to scratch.
3. Improving decoration

4. Improving insulation

5. Primer for spray paint
