1. Reasonably adjust the technical parameters to provide technical guarantee for the stable operation of the trough.
2. Strictly grasp the quality of work. The squad leader and the electrolyzer are required to follow the whole aluminium extrusion process of the operation, and the 24H value is measured to avoid abnormalities after operation.
3. Implement the carbon residue salvage system. It is required to salvage from various holes and poles to ensure normal operation of the anode without long bag and depolarization.
4, to ensure the accuracy of single-slot aluminum extrusion, adhere to the "production and how much" principle, do not press aluminum but do not risk more, so that reasonable technical conditions can be maintained for a long time.
5, do a good job in equipment inspection and maintenance, especially the important equipment such as the crane to lift the package to ensure the utilization of equipment.
6. The molecular ratio of the red hole in the cooling hole is increased by 2.7-2.9, and other conditions are strengthened to promote the formation of the furnace. After the redness disappears, the molecular ratio is lowered to 2.70 or less.
7. Implement the effect of the venting hole inspection system to prevent long-term high-voltage effects, especially the old tanks and abnormal tanks. The patrol inspection will be strengthened within 2 hours after the effect, and abnormalities such as redness will be detected in time to prevent leakage.
8. Strengthen the handling of the pressure drop of the fixture to make it a routine work, so as to increase the effective pole distance and improve the utilization of electric energy.
9. Check the insulation of the short-circuit port once a month, especially the C-pillar bolts, and handle them in time.
10. Ensure that the materials and medicines for the summer are sufficient, seriously implement the water supply work, and do a good job in heatstroke prevention and cooling.
11. Do daily check, maintenance and repair work on multi-function crane air compressors and hydraulic systems in various districts.
12. Check and rectify the lubrication condition of the crane transmission mechanism, reducer, tank upper oil mister and hoist.
13. Repair and replace the damage of the trough style board to avoid the occurrence of air fall.
14. Conduct an anti-accident exercise to improve the squad leader's organization and accident handling capabilities, thereby reducing the accident rate.
15. While doing a good job in heatstroke prevention and cooling, find ways to reduce the labor intensity of employees, do a good job in the ideological work of employees, stabilize the workforce, rationally arrange monthly and annual work for employees, implement the leave system, ensure the attendance rate of personnel, and ensure the safety of the trough. Summer creates subjective conditions.
