Firstly, we visited the aluminum ingot workshop. Ethiopia customer was shocked by the spectacular scene which was full of a "silver mountain". Our sales manager explained the role of aluminum ingot and the processing process of aluminum rod to the customers. The customers, especially Ethiopia customer praised the "silver mountain" once again and again for its amazing and wonderful!
After that, we walked into the mold workshop, tens of thousands of sets of molds into view, neatly placed so that the customers could not help but picking up the mobile phone to take pictures for recording.
How is the aluminum profile produced? What does the mold do? With a series of questions, we went into the extrusion workshop together, explained the extrusion processing of aluminum profiles, heated by aluminum rods in the extruder and extrusion molding through the mold, etc.,straightening correction and cooling aging.

Next, we visited various surface treatment workshops together, such as oxidation workshop, electrophoresis workshop, spraying workshop, wood grain workshop and so on.
As the customers are engaged in real estate engineering, mainly interested in the wood grain processing of Windows and Doors aluminum profiles, we had a close look at the wood grain workshop. After visiting the workshop, it is the time into our final negotiation link, including the drawings, aluminum profile size, quantity confirmed and so on, all the details were one by one to confirm with our customers and our Ethiopia customer decided to open the mold on site.
