One of our projects Shantou project is progressing smoothly!
The Zhonglian Aluminium Shantou Project is a project that involves various types of aluminium profiles, including curtain wall profiles, door and window profiles, louver profiles, and more. Each of these profiles requires a different surface treatment process, with options such as national standard powder coating and outdoor fluorocarbon coating.
One of the challenges of this project was that the building had many curved corners that were not the typical right angles. As a result, some of the aluminium profiles required a bending process to fit the specific angle needed for the building design.
The project had a tight deadline, which required the collaboration and cooperation of both the customer and the Zhonglian engineering service team. The teams worked tirelessly to ensure that the profiles were produced promptly, with the first batch of approximately 20 tonnes completed in less than a week. With production and delivery continuing promptly, the project progressed smoothly.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire contractor team for their support and coordination throughout the project.
