Aluminum profiles with Powder coated wood grain finish are popular for decoration in both indoor and outdoor use. Optional colors are available, or we can customize by clients’ color sample.
With 29 years of experience, the coating on the decorative surface is smooth, uniform, and tidy, and no wrinkles, cracks, bubbles, flow marks, inclusions, or stickiness. Some other factories may not control the surface quality so well.
Decoration surface coated thickness is between 60 to 120um, with a very even and smooth coating when touching the surface.
Indoor wood grain profiles are widely used in windows and doors, and the wood colors can last as long as 20 years or even longer.
For outdoor projects, the wood grain finish needs to be stronger to resist worse environments such as sun and rain. We have the special Akzo Nobel series powder coating wood finish, with a 15-20 years warranty that there are very rare factories that can do this.
